1. Acceptance of Terms

Needless to say, the use of the services provided by zworktime.world (edasi "Teenus") on the zworktime zworktime.world (edasi "Veebisait") on behalf of zworktime (edasi "Ettevõte") on all users (edasi "Kasutajad") all subject to the following Terms and Conditions (edasi "Tingimused"). By accessing or using the Teenus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Tingimused. If you do not agree to these Tingimused, you must not access or use the Teenus.

These Tingimused constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Domain. The Ettevõte reserves the right to modify these Tingimused at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Veebisait. Your continued use of the Teenus following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Tingimused.

Any unauthorized use of the Teenus may result in termination of your access to the Teenus without notice.

3. User Obligations

As a user of the Teenus, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and account.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

Furthermore, you agree not to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Teenus, or which, as determined by zworktime, may harm zworktime or users of the Teenus or expose them to liability.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on the Teenus, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of zworktime or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Teenus for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Teenus or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Teenus or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Domain. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Teenus, except as follows:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
